Shipping
We aim to ship your goods with care and timeliness—because beauty delivered late is beauty delayed.
Orders ship within 2-5 business days.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days, so it does not include weekends or Holidays
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home.
Returns
We hope every item feels just right—but if something isn’t, we’ve made returns simple and gracious.
Our return window is 30 days from the day you receive your item.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In original packaging, with tags intact

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at support@pilgrimsmercantile.com. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
Oh no—something not quite right? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll make it right as swiftly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process the refund on their end.
